Marrakech to Fes 3 days
Your adventure begins in Marrakech, where you’ll leave the lively medina behind and cross the scenic High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Along the way, the views of valleys, Berber villages, and winding roads are breathtaking.
The first highlight of the day is the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This ancient fortress is known for its unique earthen architecture and has been the backdrop for many famous films and TV series. After exploring the kasbah, you’ll continue through Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa.”
By the afternoon, the road takes you into the Dades Valley, where spectacular rock formations and green oases await. You’ll spend the night in a charming guesthouse or hotel surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes.
After breakfast, the journey continues through the Dades Valley until you reach the incredible Todra Gorges, famous for its towering cliffs and narrow canyon. It’s a perfect spot for a short walk and photos.
From here, the road leads south toward the Sahara Desert. As you approach Merzouga, the scenery shifts dramatically to wide open desert plains. In the afternoon, you’ll meet your camels and ride across the magical dunes of Erg Chebbi, watching the sun set over the sand.
The night will be spent in a traditional desert camp, where you’ll enjoy local food, Berber music by the fire, and a sky full of stars. This is often the highlight of the entire tour.
Wake up early to catch the sunrise over the Sahara dunes—a truly unforgettable sight. After breakfast, you’ll begin the journey north toward Fes. Along the way, you’ll pass through the Ziz Valley, known for its palm groves and river, and continue across the Middle Atlas Mountains.
You’ll stop in Midelt, a town famous for apples, and drive through cedar forests where you might spot Barbary macaques. A quick stop in Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” because of its European-style architecture, offers a nice contrast before reaching your final destination: Fes.
By evening, you’ll arrive in the historic city, full of winding alleys, vibrant souks, and centuries of culture.
A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine. I am so happy, my dear friend, so absorbed in the exquisite.

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia.
It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth. Even the all-powerful Pointing has no control about the blind texts it is an almost unorthographic life One day however.
